We Get to Know You

Each client is different, every project is unique.

Retail and commercial interior design is about understanding your brand, your needs, wants and expectations- and we take the time to do just that. At the start of the design process we get together to review the project and scope of work, and answer any of your questions. This way can deliver the best design outcome.

Once we obtain a brief, we are able to move on to the exciting part- designing!

Concept Design

Once we have a thorough understanding of our client- you, we assemble ideas together, look for inspiration and come up with a concept. This includes a concept presentation with high quality visuals, mood boards, finish and fitting ideas and display breakdowns.

At this stage we get your feedback and tweak and refine the design until it’s exactly what you were hoping for.


Concept Development and Specifications

We provide fully detailed design drawings including all schedules and services plans. The plans go through a process of approval and get modified until final approval is issued.


Production / Installation

Prior to production commencing we handover to the builder or shop fitter.

But we don’t go anywhere… We are here to liaise with all the relevant suppliers and professionals involved in the process.
